National Restoration Experts is a South Florida-based Restoration Contractor that specializes in providing disaster recovery services as well as Kitchens, Bathrooms and Interior Remodeling to home and business owners . NRE has been helping homeowners restore their properties in the South Florida region since 2009, and is continuing to grow rapidly.

Position Details: NRE is currently seeking self-driven and highly motivated sales and design specialists. This position will require you to challenge yourself daily to perform multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. In this position, you will be collaborating with the homeowners, Estimators, project managers, and sub-contractors, to develop a design and quickly price it for the customer. This is a full-time position with plenty of opportunities to advance within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Take field measurements and process material orders for each project.
• Reworking approved budgets and creating new budgets based on thorough market research.
• Creating comprehensive bi-weekly and quarterly conversion reports, identifying & solving issues that may arise.
• Market research to identify current trends in the market, addressing and adapting to the changes.
• Creating presentations and sales brochures to present at network events.
• Assist in other business development and marketing areas as requested.

Qualifications:

• Sales and interior home design a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office365, Adobe, Photoshop, 2020 cabinet design
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Passion for details and ability to work on multiple assignments, while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Construction or related industry knowledge a plus!
• Valid driver's license required and reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
