Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales/Servicing Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, analyzing insurance needs, and recommending suitable policies to clients. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Analyze clients' current insurance policies and provide recommendations for coverage improvements
- Educate clients on different insurance options and help them make informed decisions
- Process insurance policy applications, endorsements, and renewals
- Assist clients with claims processing and provide support throughout the claims resolution process
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in sales or retail sales -A Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License is required for the position, but we can assist you in obtaining the necessary license. This process generally takes 2-3 weeks.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, benefits administration, and sales administration processes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance policies
- Market knowledge and the ability to identify potential clients and opportunities

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
