What We Can Do For You
FP Mailing Solutions offers a detailed training program that allows our Inside Sales Representatives to become familiar with our product offerings and understanding our in-house software. We will get you hands on with our products to better understand the perks of each product. Training will be provided by our skilled Sales Training Manager followed by continuous feedback from the Inside Sales Manager. We want to ensure youre in the best position to earn the most commission.

What Youll Be Doing
You will be high energy with a self-starter attitude to hop on the phones to close on sales
Communicate with customers enthusiastically to engage them; build a working relationship; be transparent about product features
Listen to understand the needs of the customer and make informed recommendations of FPs product line
Clearly document all in and outbound communication
Develop and execute on a follow up plan for clients to ensure they have a successful experience
Generate reports to reflect your personal sales activity
Highlight your sales wins each week with your Inside Sales Manager and assemble an action plan to continue growing your success
Be receptive to feedback and coaching opportunities for further improvement and development
Use time management skills to prioritize your daily tasks
