Our Allstate insurance agency in Hurst is looking to hire highly motivated individuals to become professional insurance sales producers. This position will require a P&C insurance license. Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking to hire people who are looking for a very rewarding career in the Insurance industry. We are looking to train the right individual to fit right into our agency.
Insurance Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develops quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Follows up on all unsold quotes and X-dates.
- Secure all Trailing Documents
- Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
- Document each client contact in eAgent
- Ask each client for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Treat each client contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Return all phone messages promptly.
- Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
Insurance Sales Representative Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year insurance experience
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coach able.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow.
- Sales driven with demonstrated closing capacity
- Goal Oriented
- Must be motivated and determined
The majority of activity in this role is directed toward the generation of new sales to existing and prospective clients. Success in this role is based on the incumbents ability to win and retain new business and meet or exceed established sales goal targets related to revenue growth, mix of business and penetration into industry specific targets.
Aggressively develops and manages an active pipeline through seeking out prospects, calling on potential clients, conducting in depth needs analysis/risk assessments, developing ideas for meeting their needs, presenting information on the organizations capabilities, strategically cross-selling products aligned with clients needs and introducing technical specialists, as required, to win and retain the business.

If you are able to write $35,000 a month in premium you will make $4500 a month
If you are able to write $45,000 a month in premium you will make $6000 a month
If you are able to write $55,000 a month in premium you make $7900 a month
If you able to write $65,000 a month in premium you will make $10,200 a month
Do you not apply unless you are confident you can write a minimum of $35,000 a month in premium. This a primarily an Inside sales position with out side marketing opportunities.
We support you with unlimited lead sources which include but not limited to mailer's, Internet leads, personal prospecting, Cold calling, Win back and cross sale opportunities.
Our agency consistently ranks in the top 10% of all Allstate agencies. With a two strong Candidates we can easily make it into to the 5%

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
