Inside Sales Account Management

Currently, iBeAuthentic is in search of an energetic and motivated associate to join our Link Team! The Link Team defies the traditional approach of inside sales, acting as a true business partner to our customers, evaluating their needs, and working cohesively together to find a customized solution to grow their business. In this role, associates learn and perform multiple tasks, both sales and sales support oriented, based on their assigned customers. Our current need is perfect for someone with a background in sales and customer service who loves working with multiple people, is comfortable using the phone as a main source of interaction and is motivated by achieving set sales goals.

The successful candidate will:

- Possess a high school diploma; 2-4 years experience in retail, sales, or network marketing

- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills

- Have strong computer skills with ability to learn the customers system(s)

- Have the ability to communicate in both oral and written format professionally and effectively

- Be comfortable working in a high-intensity, highly fluid, and fast-paced environment and be able to successfully multitask

- Possess the aptitude to think creatively, yet logically, to solve problems

In addition to the above, this position requires a respect for and admiration of the culture, process, and craft of sales, as well as an understanding of the client experience, appreciating what it takes to form long-term client relationships.

Position is mostly onsite at our office in Menominee, MI but will have the opportunity for hybrid work once fully trained.
