Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Identify and analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Provide leadership and guidance to account management team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management or sales role
- Strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of technology sales is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to drive business development and meet sales targets
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients at all levels of the organization
