Our goal is simple; offer consumers the absolute simplest, most customer focused and enjoyable auto buying experience they have ever had.

The most critical and important element of providing that experience is our team. It takes a special, very talented individual to be able to manage an auto transaction from inquiry-to-delivery.

Our ideal candidate:

• Previous automotive sales is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills are a must
• You must be driven, with a can-do, positive attitude that inspires those around you
• Must have a valid driver's license

Should be comfortable working with:

• CRM systems, Reynolds Focus experience a plus
• In general you should be an expert communicator and negotiator
• You should be flexible and resilient. Guiding consumers through the automotive purchase journey is complicated, nuanced but ultimately very rewarding
• Bi-lingual/multi-lingual is a huge plus
• Last but not least you should have a passion for cars, trucks and automobiles and be able to speak about features and benefits knowledgeably and confidently

This is a full-time position. Weekends / Holiday's are a must.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
