About us

Rapid Mortgage Funding is a small business in Bingham Farms, MI. We are supportive, rewarding, fun and our goal is to make as much money as we can every single day individually and as a team. There is a supplemental base pay of $500 a week, however the majority of your income will come from your commission. The average deal is around a $3000 commission, our agents are closing 2-10 deals per month.

Call Center Representative

Duties:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the market
- Engage in business development activities to generate new leads and opportunities
- Utilize warm calling techniques to establish rapport and build relationships with prospects
- Provide information about products or services, answer questions, and address customer concerns
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a call center or sales environment is preferred, also experience is mortgages is not required but would be greatly beneficial
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient computer skills
