Key Responsibilities:

• Assist homeowners in understanding their roofing needs and guide them through the insurance claims process.
• Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate roofing requirements and provide accurate estimates.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices.
• Schedule is Monday to Saturday.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
