Full description of the position

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant that is dynamic, organized and a self-starter to join our team in Ann Arbor, MI.

Tasks include:

• Knowledge of compliance with Fair Housing, EEO laws and regulations
• Playing the lead role on your team of sales/leasing associates charged with driving traffic and securing leases
• Selling the community from initial lead inquiry (telephone skills, community tours, processing rental applications) through lease signing
• Creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing campaign
• Providing exceptional customer service to our residents
• Executing resident retention initiatives including planning resident events

The ideal candidate MUST:

• Work well in a team environment
• Have strong skills in Property Management Software and Microsoft Office
• Have previous experience in property leasing
• Working with Seniors
• Have previous experience in marketing, social media, and event planning
• Pay strong attention to detail
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be highly organized and detail oriented
• Have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
