Hybrid Sales Representative (Construction)

As an MRC Sales Representative, you will generate revenue by qualifying prospects, converting them to leads, and further converting leads to clients. You will introduce and sell our services using the internet, noCRM software, the phone, and in person - on site visits. You will initiate customer contact and create strong, mutually beneficial business relationships that result in repeat business and a continuous revenue stream.

• Prior experience with one or more of our customer groups: Construction Remodelers, HVAC contractors, Property Managers, Real Estate Agents, and Homeowners.

• Ability to embrace a vision and prioritize tasks to contribute to positive results.
• Great sense of humor and enjoy the challenges of growing a small business.

First 90 Days Goals

Develop an expert understanding of our customers pain points, wants, and needs and MRC services that we offer as a solution.

Become proficient with noCRM software to log, diary, and track your sales activities to collaborate with other sales reps and MRC marketing and operations.

Generate Revenue with 30, 60 and 90 day goals.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Schedule and Pay:

• Hourly plus commission for new and repeat business.
• 4 or 8 hour shift, days, Monday through Friday.
• Hybrid work location, office, home, and client sites. Must be on site one day per week.
• Must have a valid drivers license & reliable transportation.
