Lead Generation Specialist

Cool Air HVAC Services, is currently looking for Retail HVAC Associates to generate HVAC leads at Costco and select events and select Home Shows in and around the Atlanta metro area.

Duties:
- Identify potential leads during events traveling to Costco locations and Home Shows throughout the Metro Atlanta area.
- Utilize various lead generation techniques such as A friendly, energetic, sales-driven, goal-oriented, self-motivated personality and a positive attitude.
- Present features and benefits of our offerings to customers and schedule appointments
- Communicate effectively with potential leads to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Assist in event marketing activities to generate leads and promote brand awareness

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Experience:
- Willingness to learn a new skill. Lead generation or sales experience a plus
- Bilingual proficiency (English and [additional language]) is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems is a plus, not required
- Ability to deliver persuasive presentations and engage in public speaking engagements
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

- $20hr Base salary plus commission on generated leads with potential to make $22hr plus commission with consistent lead generation.
