Morris Animal Inn, the areas most sought after destination for pampered pets, is now hiring an Enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative for a full-time opportunity at our Morristown, NJ location. Hourly pay start at $18-$20, depending on relevant experience, plus the opportunity to earn sales incentives.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner.
• Utilize our proven sales process which ensures overall success.
• Conduct tours for new clients, highlighting all that Morris Animal Inn has to offer.
• Handle reservation confirmations in a timely manner along with service changes and add-ons.
• Collaborate across the organization in the joint effort to provide outstanding customer service and expert pet care.

Skills and Experience

• Prior experience in a sales-focused role where you regularly hit your sales targets.
• Experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) system (preferred).
• An upbeat & enthusiastic attitude and a drive to create positive client experiences.
• Polished written and verbal communication skills.
• Enjoys a fast-paced, team-orientated environment.
• Prefers a non-traditional schedule. We are open 7 days a week, so flexible scheduling options are available.
