Type: In-Office; Mon. - Fri. (9AM - 5:30PM)

Responsibilities:

Join our team of dedicated professionals as an Insurance Agent. Your role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls in order to assist Medicare beneficiaries with enrollment queries. Conduct benefit comparisons using a Medicare-compliant call flow, guide consumers through enrollment using our provided tools, and place clients into suitable Medicare Advantage Plans from one of our 7 nationally recognized providers.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency with basic computer skills

- Clean background check

- English fluency

- U.S. Citizenship

Details:

- $20/hr base salary

- $35/sale commissions

- $75,000/year OTE

- Weekly paychecks

- 5 Days PTO & 3 Sick Days per year after 90 days of employment

- 30-minute unpaid lunch break

- Accepting Licensed AND Unlicensed Agents (Already Licensed? Ask about additional compensation!)

- Daily Tier Bonus: 4 sales/day = $50
