Your Important Role:

• Actively pursue leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events
• Collaborate closely with the SVP of Business Development to strategize and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing our market presence and driving business growth
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing requirements, and providing exceptional customer service
• Drive new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and presenting tailored staffing solutions
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify growth opportunities
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue within our skilled trades sector

Qualifications Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the skilled trades or staffing industry
• Strong understanding of the skilled trades industry, including knowledge of job roles, industry regulations, and market dynamics
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients
• Flexibility to work on-site when not in the field
