Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of property leasing and tenant relations. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property leasing, including advertising available units, conducting property tours, screening potential tenants, and preparing lease agreements
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and ensuring proper documentation
- Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee property maintenance and repairs, including coordinating with vendors and contractors
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of rental payments, expenses, and property-related documents
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with lease agreements
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants to promote tenant satisfaction and retention
- Utilize property management software to track leasing activities, and financial transactions

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or related field
- Strong knowledge of real estate administrative procedures and property leasing practices
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to property management
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
- Proficient in using property management software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures is a plus
- Sales skills for upselling additional services or amenities
