Generation Partners is a growing sales firm in the Greater Houston region. We are projected to double in size before the end of the year, and are in need of a Full-Time Sales Associate to help us with our expansion goals. The Entry Level Sales Associate position plays a crucial role in our team's ability to provide our clients with new customers and a positive brand image.

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Work with fellow Sales Associates to conduct targeted community outreach initiatives on behalf of our clients
• Utilize your personality and communication skills to effectively present and demonstrate our clients products and services to prospective customers
• Ask the necessary questions to develop an understanding of each customers individual needs and provide the best solutions for them
• Assist new customers through the enrollment process
• Answer any questions or concerns accurately and professionally
• Track all sales and enrollment information

Sales Associate Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• This is an entry level position, therefore no prior experience is required, however some experience in a customer facing role is a plus!
• Comfortable working with a wide range of people and group sizes
• Comfortable standing for long periods of time
• Able to commute to our office on a daily basis
• Able to work full time and start immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.65 - $20.05 per hour

Shift:

• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Cypress, TX 77433: Relocate before starting work (Required)
