Automotive Internet Sales Specialist - Seelye Automotive Group

$40,000 - $75,000 a year - Full-time, Salary Based with Performance Bonuses

Seelye Auto Group is now hiring qualified candidates to join our Internet Sales department as an Internet Sales Specialist. The selected candidate will be working with opportunities generated by our Digital Marketing initiatives including opportunities generated by our website, search-engine marketing efforts, factory referrals, and third-party websites.

The Internet Sales Specialist will expect to handle 150+ opportunities per month, of which will result in sales of 18 - 30 units on a monthly basis. We have the support, processes, customer base, and technology in place. But were missing YOU!

Internet opportunities have grown year over year and we need to plan for a much higher lead volume. Due to staff changes and expansion, we will hire up to two (2) talented individuals to work directly with our New and Used car clients. You will be assisted by our Information Specialists; Sales Managers and Floor Sales team to ensure no opportunity is missed, and that all client requests are responded to in a consistent, professional manner.

The Internet Sales Specialist position will need the ability to handle a "start-to-finish" sales process on a significant load of high-quality organic internet opportunities. Compensation:

• Weekly Paid Salary ***NOT A DRAW***
• Customer Satisfaction (CSI) score bonus, monthly volume bonus, and many more incentives to succeed!
• All in, we pay out over $350 per vehicle sold on average (salary, bonus, & spiffs)
• In addition, earn additional compensation with manufacturer-backed volume incentive bonus programs and more.
