M&J Roofing is hiring outside sales representatives in the Egg Harbor/Mays Landing area! We are a roofing company that helps homeowners get their homeowner's insurance to pay to replace their roofs due to storm related damage such as hail or wind.

Benefits:

• Pay: Uncapped commissions of $200 per signed appointment. (Average signed appointments in a given week is approx 5 to 15 ). $600 base per week for working 3 days per week, switches to commission if base the base is exceeded by commission.
• Flexible schedule, choose which days you work from Saturday - Wednesday (sometimes Thursday) Hours: 2pm - 7pm (sat-weds). Must work minimum of 3 days for base pay.
• 1099 independent contractor, no taxes taken out of paycheck
• Paid weekly, direct deposit available

Requirements:

• Must have own transportation (no shared cares)
• Must memorize sales pitch and gain knowledge about roofing products (training provided)
• Must have past sales experience involving one of the following industries: serving, bartending, telemarketing, outside sales, auto sales, timeshares, or any other type of cold market sales. (Not looking for supply sales, installers/technicians, hosts, cooks, cashiers, or inside sales).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 12 40 per week
