Bilingual Inside Sales Representive

• 6+ months of sales experience

• Experience with Inbound and outbound calls, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales

• Experience collaborating with team members to meet monthly team sales goals

• Experience closing big ticket items ($3k - $100k)

• Experience prospecting customers and closing deals

• Experience face to face and phone sales

• Experience with long sales cycles; experience providing continuous follow-up

• Experience delivering sales presentations and demonstrations

• Experience developing relations with customers and maintaining ongoing relations with the customers

Skills:

• Bilingual English and Spanish is a MUST

• Exceptional written and oral communication in English and Spanish

• Amazing customer service, understanding needs and expectations of the customer and providing solutions

• CRM experience Salesforce preferred but not required (technically savvy), texting, emails, data entry into Salesforce; Office suite knowledge/experience

• Exceptional Time management; Attention to Detail - creating Sales Orders/Processing orders/Handling money transactions/Entering correct Model numbers and pricing

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts

• Ability to make dough and demonstrate equipment to customers; ability to work after 5:00 pm for product demonstrations

• Ability to learn all the different machines and which is the best for the customer

• Ability to learn how to make all types of flatbreads and demonstrate equipment to customer

• Must be able to travel for trade shows; some international traveling will be required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
