Sales Associate

Sharp Exteriors is a local, established roofing company here in Minneapolis, MN. We take pride in our excellent services and strive to withhold our outstanding customer satisfaction rating. We are looking for eager individuals to join our uprising sales team in the area due to explosive demand from recent storms that have affected thousands of homeowners. Current Sales Associates are making over $12k+ each month, company bonuses are given, and growth within company is encouraged. At Sharp Exteriors you get to determine your own financial status and growth.

DO YOU QUALIFY?

Must be extremely presentable in person, with strong communication/ social skills (This position requires daily face-to-face interactions with customers, so this quality is vital).

Must be active, energetic, social, and have great people skills.

Must be able to sell or willing to learn.

Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Must be a Fire Starter, with a great attitude, that can inspire and motivate others.

Previous sales background is highly desired, but not required.

Paid training is provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $86,967.25 - $104,734.75 per year

Compensation package:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay
• Performance bonus
• Quarterly bonus
• Uncapped commission

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Prior Lake, MN 55372: Relocate before starting work (Required)
