Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers on the lot and in the showroom, providing exceptional service.
• Assist customers in identifying vehicles that meet or exceed their needs.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits during presentations.
• Accompany customers on test drives to showcase the vehicle's performance.
• Ensure accurate and complete paperwork completion for vehicle transactions.
• Negotiate vehicle sales to achieve customer satisfaction and dealership goals.
• Maintain a customer database through proactive follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to report objectives and planned activities.
• Review inventory regularly to stay informed about available vehicles.
• Receive training on products and processes to enhance sales performance.
• Work closely with various departments, including Service, Internet, and Business Development, to ensure high-quality customer service.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer and technology skills.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Professional personal appearance to represent the dealership positively.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
