As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking a motivated and dedicated Outside Sales Representative to join us in our mission.

Position Overview: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. This is not a commission-only position; you will receive a competitive base salary of $50,000, allowing you to focus on building relationships and providing value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and leads.
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their construction and exterior service needs.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on our construction and exterior services.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and client satisfaction.
• Willingness to commute to the office location in Golden, CO, at least twice a week.
• Previous experience in construction sales is a plus but not mandatory.
• Comfortable with a 6-month performance review with the opportunity to advance to the role of "Sales Coach."
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and build trust with clients.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Benefits:

• Competitive base salary of $50,000.
• Average earnings in the first year exceeding $150,000.
• $65 per month cell phone reimbursement.
• $375 monthly contribution to medical insurance after the initial 3 months of employment.
