As a Sales Assistant you will be responsible for the daily operation of a New Home Sales Center and community. Working with customers, processing sale agreements and closing new home sales with the final goal of creating a satisfied customer.

Job Summary:

As a New Home Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by providing administrative support, assisting potential buyers, and ensuring a seamless home buying experience. You will work closely with our Director Of Sales, New Home Consultants, and prospective homebuyers to facilitate the sales process and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Greet and assist potential homebuyers, providing them with information about available properties and answering any inquiries they may have.

Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks and coordinating appointments with prospective buyers.

Model Home Maintenance: Keep model homes and sales centers clean, organized, and well-maintained to create an attractive and welcoming atmosphere for visitors.

Follow-Up: Engage in follow-up communications with potential buyers, ensuring they receive the information and assistance they need to make informed decisions.

Sales Events: Participate in sales events, open houses, and promotional activities to attract potential buyers and showcase our properties.

Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, available properties, and the unique selling points of our developments to provide accurate information to clients.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that buyers' needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

This is a part-time job, averaging around 30 hours/week with an hourly pay range starting at $20 per hour.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).

Previous experience in real estate or sales administration is preferred but not required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in using office software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
