NOW HIRING SALES ASSOCIATE (must have commission based sales experience)

Willhite Furniture has been serving Parker County for over 100 years. We focus on helping our customers furnish their homes within any budget. We offer a large selection of designer choice furniture at a discount. We are currently expanding and looking for talented and skilled individuals to join our team in Weatherford, Texas.

We are seeking high energy, performance driven and design oriented sales associates who have the ability to add value by educating the customer.

Sales Associates Job Duties:
-Provide excellent customer service to our guests.
-Sales entry in Storis (we will provide training)
-Assisting customers in financing and purchasing
-Ability to develop rapport with clients and maintain strong working relationships
-Clearly communicates and effectively listens to clients wants, needs and desires
-Maintain a working knowledge of all the products and warranties
-Contribute ideas and suggestions that will improve our ability to provide exceptional customer service
-Ensure each customer has informative, positive experience

Sales Associates
Requirements:
-Prior retail sales or designing experience helpful to your success, but not required
-Prior furniture experience helpful, but not essential
-Responsible for creating sales utilizing exceptional customer service and knowledge of our products
-Ability to work as a team with an enthusiastic attitude
-Achieve monthly sales goals
-An interior design degree is helpful but not required
-High school diploma is required
-Must be able to work weekends

Compensation: Base Pay and Commission
