Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue mortgage sales opportunities to meet and exceed targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects in the real estate market.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close mortgage deals.
- Navigate the mortgage and realty processes efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and closures.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Stay informed about market trends and changes in mortgage regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and processes.
Requirements:
- Punctuality is non-negotiable; must be reliable and consistently on time.
- Demonstrated hunger for success and motivation to achieve sales goals.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fearless attitude towards challenges and rejection in the mortgage sales process.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mortgage sales or related roles is a plus.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and mortgage industry regulations is desirable but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,241.18 - $188,676.91 per year
