What WE are looking for: We are looking for a Call Center Specialist who will be the liaison between our company and members. We are looking for Winners! Bilingual is a PLUS! Must be fluent in English as well as additional language.
The current shifts are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, 9:30 am -6:00 pm and 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm. Shift differential pay offered!
What YOU will be Responsible for:
Develop member account relationships and resolve/process account inquiries by assisting members via telephone and e-mail in a professional, prompt and efficient manner. Maintain full knowledge of all credit union products and services and promotions for the purpose of educating members and obtaining new accounts, certificates, checking accounts, and all other opportunities affecting the membership.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver products and services to meet members financial needs by cross selling and referring at each touch point.
- Provide members with the most recent accurate information about the credit union features and benefits.
- Open member accounts and process transactions.
- Resolve and process account inquiries.
What YOU need to have:
- Must speak, read and write the English language.
- Spanish speaking agents must speak and comprehend the English and Spanish language.

- Ability to handle high call volumes
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Attention to detail and quality- oriented.
- Must have good computer skills
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize requests
