George L. Brown Insurance Agency is a fourth-generation family-owned business that was originally established in 1941. We service many states and our firm represents some of the largest and finest insurance carriers, such as Travelers Insurance, Liberty Mutual, Nationwide, and Progressive, among others.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Personal Insurance Account Manager located in San Clemente, CA. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and retaining the existing personal insurance book of business, assisting clients with coverage and service issues, reviewing policy coverage and ensuring customers have the right coverage, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Account Management, Personal Insurance, and Customer Service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Sales experience and ability to build relationships with clients
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with personal insurance types such as home, auto, umbrella, and boat policies
