- Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service

- Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products based on their individual circumstances

- Conduct thorough insurance policy reviews and provide clients with personalized recommendations

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients
