Recruiter for roofing and solar sales

Hi professional recruiters,

Ready Roofing & Solar is seeking a part-time recruiter (~20 hours/week) to identify, qualify, and interview individuals for our outside door to door sales team. We seek an individual possessing the following characteristics:

-Proven experience as a sales recruiter with minimum 18 months experience

-Experience in putting together and presenting recruitment plans, including budget, to management, and executing and reporting on plan at regular intervals

-Ability to "think outside the box" in attracting candidates in a tough, saturated D2D market (DFW)

-Comfortable with administering personality profiles (provided by the company) and conducting reference checks

-Possesses excellent organizational, written and communication, and follow-up skills

-Is self-driven and self-directed (can work effectively without direct, daily supervision)

Ready Roofing & Solar is presently a small, dynamic team that has an enormous 5-year growth plan from now to 2028 (we'll tell you more when we get to that point).
