Requirements:

• Must have a reliable means of transportation
• 1 year sales experience minimum

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Generate leads by communicating with homeowners on the benefits of solar (door to door, referrals, etc.) (if setting)
• Conduct in-home/virtual sales consultations (if closing)
• Maintain a sales pipeline by proactively following-up with current clients and past appointments
• Attend meetings and trainings with the team
• Consistently reach weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs

Compensation package:

• Monthly and Quarterly bonuses
