Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new commercial clients and retain existing ones.

- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand and evaluate client's insurance requirements.

- Present and explain complex insurance policies and advise clients on the most suitable products based on their business needs.

- Maintain a strong knowledge of the commercial insurance market, trends, and products to provide expert advice to clients.

- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders.

- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the agency.

- Ensure compliance with insurance laws, regulations, and agency policies.

- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure clients receive high-quality service and support.

Requirements:

- Proven sales experience.

- Valid insurance license in Nebraska or the ability to obtain one upon hiring.

- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and the ability to tailor policies to meet client needs.

- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and manage complex information.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- High level of integrity and professionalism.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $71,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
