We're looking for energetic and reliable professionals to join our team of Outside Sales Representatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for cold calling potential clients, listening to customers' needs and presenting start-to-finish solutions. Our Outside Sales Representatives are often the first point of contact for clients' project needs, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to share enthusiasm with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Close new business.
• Visit clients, determine needs, and set appointments.
• Conduct meetings to discuss products and services.
• Discuss pricing and delivery options.
• Deliver proposals and presentations to clients.
• Meet or exceed sales plans by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
• Research industry trends.
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Build relationships with clients.

The Yuba City branch of California Industrial Rubber opened in 1982, when owner Bob Edmunds merged with Valley Industrial Rubber Company, owned by Larry and Carol Ann Cain. In 1989, we moved to a new, larger 16,000-sq. ft. facility. Our primary markets are agriculture, lumber, sand & gravel, farm equipment manufacturing (OEM), industry and food processing.

With a staff of experienced people, we are able to handle most anything that comes our way. This means you, as the customer, will continue to receive the high level of service and quality products you have come to expect!
