Veransa Group is hiring a Sales Representative as a full-time role in Ft. Meyers, FL or surrounding areas (Tampa, St Petersburg, Bradenton, or Seffner).

As a Sales Representative/Account Manager with Veransa, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, and effectively promoting our products/services. This dynamic role requires a self-motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Veransa Group is an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) company based in the Tampa-bay region of Florida. Veransa specializes in transforming urban wood and yard waste into valuable organic commodities on an industrial scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and cold calling. Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.

• Conduct presentations to potential clients showcasing our products/services and addressing their needs. Effectively communicate the value proposition and unique selling points.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

• Skillfully negotiate terms, and agreements to secure profitable deals. Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client interactions.

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a landscaping related industry

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Familiarity with computers, various software, and sales analytics
