Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. As a construction Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth in the market. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our young company.

Duties:

• Conduct outside sales activities to identify and acquire new customers
• Outbound and Inbound business development ; no account management
• Travel on-site to meet with clients, scope projects, create relationships
• Utilize market knowledge to identify potential sales opportunities and target key accounts
• Present product information, features, and benefits to potential customers
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients to close sales deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
• Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports (required)

Experience:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction sales or a related field
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM software required
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
• Creativity in generating your own sales campaigns and navigating seasonality

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
