Full description of the position

Our mission is to provide a vibrant and caring community where seniors can enjoy a fulfilling and active lifestyle. We are currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team and help us grow our community.

**Job Description:**

As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in promoting our Independent living community and attracting prospective residents. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential residents and their families, showcasing the unique benefits of our community, and assisting them in making informed decisions about their living arrangements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct tours of the community and highlight its amenities and services.

- Build and maintain relationships with prospective residents and their families.

- Coordinate and participate in outreach events, both on-site and in the local community.

- Collaborate with the management team to meet occupancy goals.

- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries from potential residents.

- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up activities.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service in senior living environment.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Passion for helping seniors and their families find the right living arrangements.

- Knowledge of senior living industry trends is a plus.
