Current BDC Agents (or Auto Salespersons) Pay Attention New BDC Pay Plan never seen before in the Auto Industry!

With the lack of Inventory over the past couple years, BDC Agents have not been as fortunate in pay as the Sales staff. This is now changing at Reed Nissan and Reed Nissan Clermont. We are now paying our BDC Agents on half the deal, meaning the BDC Agent is getting 50% of the Commission! Single car deals are paying up to $4000 and you can get half, just setting an appointment for one sale! It is no secret how much the sales staff is making in commission, and now it is the BDC Agents turn. With this move our BDC Agents are now earning $2000-$3000 per week in commission checks. Earn over $10,000 plus per month without a change in Job Description. Your only job is to book appointments for the floor. You will not have to sell cars, go on test drives, or negotiate deals. Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, text, or in person)

• Manage Internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance.
• Complete all daily tasks which can generate 80-100 outbound calls per day.
• Handle your share of Internet Leads and Inbound Calls all evenly distributed.
