Job Description

• MUST BE BILINGUAL ENGLISH & SPANISH!
• Must have customer service experience
• It would be great if you have Landscape industry knowledge or experience.
• We have 3 different levels of advancement for our sales representatives. L1- Is a simple cashier, trained in our business Point of sale software, store layout, and other basics. They help upper-level salespeople with their orders and call customers to keep them updated about orders. L2- Salespeople learn more about our equipment and parts lookup software and are trained to handle more advanced questions from customers. L3- Salespeople are account managers responsible for taking care of larger accounts, quotes, and for researching and soliciting new business.
• We expect all salespeople to be motivated to advance to level 3. The requirements to do so are clearly laid out and advancement can happen as soon as requirements are met. It is our goal to advance all sales reps to level 3 if they are willing and able. Therefore, this position offers a great opportunity for advancement even to management-level positions.

• All levels are responsible for verifying special orders have arrived for clients. Making calls to customers about their online orders. Assist in stocking any necessary inventory for the showroom floor.
• All levels of sales reps are expected to make sure all orders shipping out/ being picked-up are allocated correctly and handle cash transactions when needed.
• Right now we are looking to hire full-time employees only with the possibility of overtime as needed. But must be able to regularly work during store hours of 7 am-5 pm weekdays and 7 am-3 pm Saturday.
• Availability Saturday is required though may be scheduled off as needed with advance notice. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays.
• Able to drive truck and trailer to do demos and some deliveries preferred.
• Though we value students in most of our positions we are not able to accommodate the changing schedules of students for this position. We are looking for long-term career-oriented individuals who want to grow and advance with us.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
