Job title: Sales Representative

Working Hours: Full time, 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week

FLSA: Exempt

Pay: 60K~(DOE)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales opportunities.
• Communicates with customers and potential customers to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and promotes products and services to meet those needs.
• Communicates with sales manager to set prices and sales margins .
• Communicates with sales manager to set credit terms for each customer.
• Develops a thorough knowledge of products.
• Explains the quality and uses of products to customers based on their needs.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
• Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products that may be of interest.
• Monitors accounts receivable and collects payments from customers as needed.
• Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
• Delivers products to customers as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in marketing, sales, business, or related field OR
• Three years of related experience preferred.
• Satisfactory background investigation report.
• Valid driver's license issued by the state of employment or current residence.
• Three years satisfactory driving record.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to drive for extended periods.
• May be required to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Load and unload packages with and without equipment.
