Phoenix Services is currently hiring for a Territory Sales Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Professional! Take advantage of on-the-job paid training, our remarkable work environment, and competitive pay!

Hours and Pay:

- Full-Time

- Monday-Friday | 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

- $60,000/YR + monthly bonuses + bonuses based on sales performance. This gives you the opportunity for extraordinary yearly earnings.

Requirements for Territory Sales Representative:

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED with 2-4 years of professional experience, proficiency in Microsoft (Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook), interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, positive attitude, problem solving skills, and ability to multi-task. To succeed in this position, you MUST enjoy working with people!

• Outside sales experience is (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for a wide array of duties to generate new leads for our company. This position will be traveling to areas in Southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio, cold calling via phone and in person, educating potential clients on all services we provide, negotiating contracts and profit percentages with our potential clients, and other responsibilities as delegated.

Candidates for this position will need to have exceptional communication skills and previous experience working with management of all levels. The ability to stay motivated and showcase superior time management skills will also be key factors in the level of success that can be achieved.
