About us

541 Roofing & Heat Coil is a growing business in Bend, OR. Our goal is to reach as many potential customers as possible through inside and outside campaigning methods. We will sell them a great roof with a 50 year warranty. We are ONE OF TWO roofing companies in Central Oregon who has GAF Master Elite Status!!! Our crew of 10+ can replace 1 roof/day. That on top of our quality and great reputation (see our google reviews) makes it easy to be a salesperson in this industry!

We are seeking a Salesperson who enjoys working on a team and who is capable of working independently. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and detail oriented and will be responsible for planning, conducting, and presenting a variety of sales activities to achieve sales goals. Candidates must be able to interact with people at all levels in both our company and our customers' companies. This position works closely with management to both plan and implement sales strategies that are designed to increase revenue.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 2+ YEARS ROOFING SALES OR 5+ YEARS OF OUTSIDE SALES

Responsibilities:

• Provide potential customers with initial and HONEST inspections of their roof.
• MUST BE COMFORTABLE GETTING ON A ROOF.
• Follow up with assigned customers and provide necessary proposals and pricing.
• Maintain communication with customers through production process.
• Collect down payments and final payments as necessary.
• Excellent customer service and attention to roof details is a requirement.
• Follow Company guidelines for sales process.
• Meet with and obtain written contracts with customers.
• Communicate effectively with internal staff and external customers.
• Possess an outgoing personality and a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
