Full time, benefit eligible position. Our average our sales consultants earn over $45,000/year with top performers earning over $90k on a base plus commission and bonus scale. Hours are 3 weekdays 9:45am-6pm, Saturdays 9am-6pm and Sundays 11:45am-5pm.

To start, Sales and Design Consultants at La-Z-Boy Furniture are paid an HOURLY TRAINING RATE for up to 3 months or once you are making over the training rate you can earn more by going to the base plus commission rate and bonus. There are 2 MONTHLY BONUS opportunities in addition. Our average retail sales consultants earn over $50,000/year with top performers earning over $90k. Our Retail Sales Consultants bring a wide variety of sales and non-sales-related experience.
