** Prior Brokerage within the Employee Benefits Group Health Required

• The Demarco Group has positions in Los Angeles and Northern OC plus one Remote
• Employee Benefits Sr AM or AE (Life & Health Licensed Mandatory ) for Small - Large Group Business. Exciting opportunity to work for a Progressive Insurance Brokerage. Self funding and larger account experience preferred.

Need to possess excellent Employee Benefit Technical & Computer ( Excel ) Skills, strong knowledge of the Carriers, excellent communication skills and presentation skills to the Insured plus leadership capabilities. Seeking a very detailed candidate who is tech savvy.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active California Life and Health License.
• 7 or more years experience in mid size brokerage environment:
• Must have working knowledge of a variety of Microsoft Office computer software applications in word processing and EXCEL, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software;
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands;
• Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires teamwork, demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy;
• Valid California Drivers License;
• Agency Software Experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
