Having recently expanded, Catalyst is looking for the right candidate to add to our growing team. This full-time Account Manager position is for someone that has great customer service and communication skills and is looking for a career not just another position.

Daily Responsibilities:

• New customer acquisition
• Client retention
• Evaluation of market trends
• Usage of platforms such as Salesforce and SecurityTraxx
• Attend business meetings and workshops discussing campaign strategies
• Effectively work within a team environment as while as independently

Job Requirements:

• Customer service experience in any industries
• Outgoing personality with the ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Committed to starting a career path in a fast-paced environment
• Solid time management skills
• English/Spanish- bilingual is a plus
• High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
