Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a New Home Sales Representative at Brite Homes in the North Port Area. The New Home Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, showcasing our homes, conducting sales presentations, providing information about features and benefits, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as knowledge of the real estate market and home building process.
- Effectively communicate Brite Homes value proposition, product vision and capabilities to potential customers
- Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges then establishes Brite Homes as the best solution available
- Overcome objections and closes for the sale
- Maintains accurate documentation of transaction from sale through loan, options, and construction
- Continually source new sales opportunities
- Creates and provides to management a marketing plan for establishing new customer relationships
- Networks and performs outreach to realtors
- Manages time efficiently, meet sales goals and works effectively with other members of the team
- Maintains and expands database of prospects
- Attend sales and construction meetings
- Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
- Develops and maintains good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members
- Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards
Qualifications
- Experience in new home sales or real estate
- Real Estate License
- Knowledge of the local real estate market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
