HealthyPets, Inc.is currently looking for an experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative to assist with order inquiries through inbound calls, emails, and other channels such as Amazon and eBay.
The goal is to professionally and effectively assist customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service issues, and answering customer questions.
Responsibilities:
- Assists customer service, purchasing and various department teams and communicates with all parties regularly.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Answers inquiries through telephone, email and live chat by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
- Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
- Sells additional services and products by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features.
- Maintains call center database by entering information.
- Resolves product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the issue; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Meets and exceeds Daily, Weekly and Monthly Quotas
Customer Service Representative Skills/Qualifications:
- Typing Skills: 50-60 wpm
- Grammar,Organization
- Data Entry and Analytical Skills
