Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Consultant to join our team. As an Account Consultant, you will provide expert class action settlement recovery advice and guidance to clients in various industries. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, developing business strategies, and implementing solutions to help clients achieve their settlement recovery goals.

Duties:
- Maintains and improves Premier Account relationships (updates, scheduled communications, maintains contact information, etc.).
- Requests data for specific settlements.
- Manages incoming customer service queries for clients.
- Verify Customer Account information.
- Manages fund recovery and distribution activities.
- Escalates client issues to the Sr. Account Manager.

Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage client accounts.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in account management (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
