Job Overview:

Chisholm Equipment is an agricultural equipment dealership in South Central, Kansas.
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Service Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.

Responsibilities:
- Role is a mixture of inside sales, technical support, product support, marketing and mechanical repairs.
- Develop prospective customer list, make calls, visit current and prospective customers at their locations and cultivate strong customer relationships.
- Sell and negotiate deals for sales of new and used equipment, including possible trades.
- Oversee parts inventory and assist in part ordering.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, invoices, and customer interactions
- Attend planned farm shows, educational and training opportunities.

- Troubleshoot customers equipment questions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in order to provide innovative solutions to customers

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Agriculture education or background is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of technical concepts related to equipment repair and maintenance
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
