Full description of the position

We are looking for a talented and detail oriented Inside Sales Coordinator that thrives in a very small office environment. As such, you will be part of a very small, successful team. Communicating with vendors and customers via Email and the phone will required a motivated person with focus on completing tasks to assure sales are achieved on time and to customer needs.

After an initial training phase of approximately 2 months, some remote work will be possible with daily presence in the office still required.

Responsibilities

• Keeping up with emails and customer orders to assure customers and vendors are informed to meet sales objectives.
• Providing orders and shipping documents to vendors and tracking on time performance.
• Communicating with customers to assure information is provided timely and clearly.
• Understanding of some accounting principles preferred.
• Staying on top of accounts payables and orders.

Skills

• Must be comfortable working on computer.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail is critical.
• Comfortable with numbers
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
