31-W Insulation is rapidly expanding and is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our team effective Immediately!

Based in Bessemer AL., our branch has become a leader in the field of installed building products and is currently recruiting for a results driven individual with sales ability and willingness to learn the insulation / After Paint industry in Bessemer / Birmingham / Tuscaloosa and surrounding areas. If you possess the ability to approach customers and build relationships, we are willing to train you in our industry and our products.

Qualifications:

• The ability to sell
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn and be coached
• Clean driving record
